PARS Playwork Practice Level 4 Customised Qualification
We are pleased to announce that our PARS Masterclass has been accredited by NCFE and is now called PARS Playwork Practice Level 4 (Customised Qualification).
Bespoke Customised Qualifications that are accredited by NCFE don’t attract unit credit and aren’t recognised as national qualifications because they haven’t been approved by a Sector Skills Council or accredited by UK qualification Regulators . However, to gain NCFE accreditation Customised
Qualifications must adhere to the criteria for level, appropriate to depth of learning and complexity; and also must be presented in the specification format that’s expected of a national Awarding Organisation.
Anybody who undertakes a PARS Playwork Practice Level 4 Customised Qualification is assessed by an occupationally competent PARS playwork assessor. On completion of the Customised Qualification, learners will receive a certificate of achievement. The certificate is evidence of the knowledge and skills gained by completing the qualification. This qualification has been accredited by NCFE under the Customised Qualification and the certificate of achievement will be issued directly by NCFE.

Who should gain a PARS Playwork Practice Level 4 Customised Qualification?
PARS playwork practice is being used around the world to enable children to have time and space to be kids. Our PARS Playwork Practice Level 4 Customised Qualification is aimed at experienced or senior practitioners working in any setting where children spend their leisure time.
What is a Customised Qualification?
Our PARS Playwork Practice (Level 4) qualification has been developed to meet the specific needs of PARS practitioners and has been accredited by NCFE, demonstrating the quality and rigor of the programme. NCFE is an awarding organisation recognised by the qualification regulators for England (Ofqual), Wales (Qualifications Wales) and Northern Ireland (CCEA Regulation). This qualification has been accredited as a Customised Qualification and we have benchmarked the qualification’s learning outcomes and assessment criteria at Level 4 using a national framework’s level descriptors to enable our learners to demonstrate the difficulty and depth of study.

How to gain a PARS Playwork Practice Level 4 Customised Qualification
Join a PARS Level 4 CQ training programme which will give you all the underpinning knowledge and skills to successfully complete your assessment.
Work with your personal assessor to produce evidence about your understanding of PARS playwork practice and how you have put PARS into practice when working with children
Once your assessments have been passed by your assessor and our Internal Quality Assurer, you will be entered into the NCFE system and receive your accredited certificate of achievement.
