PARS Licensed Trainers are experienced trainers who work for themselves or other organisations, but also work together as part of an international team to develop PARS playwork training around the world. We currently have 23 trainers delivering PARS in 10 different countries and 5 different languages.

How to become a PARS Licensed Trainer
- To join our PARS training team, you will need to;
- Have passed our PPP4 Customised Qualification.
- Have training or teaching experience.
- Complete our Licensed Trainer Application Form (link below).
- Attend an online interview with Dr Shelly Newstead.
- Be willing to contribute to the work of the international PARS training team.
- If your application is accepted, you will then;
- Sign a licence which outlines all the rights and responsibilities of becoming a PARS trainer
- Pay the licence fee
- Attend 2 online T2T sessions (Design & Delivery and Quality Assurance)
- Provide a photo and short bio for our website.
- Once you have completed these steps, you can then start delivering our PARS training and qualifications! You will also;
- Be able to design PARS training to meet local needs
- Help set up your website page and join our WhatsApp group
- Attend bi-monthly team meetings with the other PARS Licensed Trainers
- Be involved in the development of PARS projects locally, nationally and internationally.
